Manish is a food passionate individual who has worked as a chef in luxury resorts and hotels across Asia Pacific region including Australia. He has multi-disciplinary educational qualifications in the area of food. He holds diploma in Hospitality & Food Nutrition, Bachelor in Food System (includes food development & technology, nutrition, & farm to fork). He is HACCP certified and completed OH&S training.


He has performed many scientific researches in conjunction with the University of Western Sydney. His paper “Effects of very high carbon dioxide treatment and cold storage on the quality of Navel oranges” has been published in Acta. Horticulture International Society for Horticultural Science. He has been a winner of Givaudan award for innovation in the area of food development. He has been well-trained in understanding the supply chain, quality assurance, enterprise resource planning & operations of Barden Produce, the primary supplier of Woolworths, Coles & Aldi who form 99% supermarket share in Australia. He underwent a thorough understanding of business to business supply chain and product development at Aryzta, one of the giant manufacturers in the area of baked products.


 A yoga practitioner, advocate of healthy lifestyle, Manish provides insights based on his own knowledge & experience, that he has gained over several years of working as a chef, scientific training & knowing the ancient traditional techniques that aligns with the modern science.
