Little Tokyo Two started as a place where a group of friends could get together, do business and drink beers. From December 2015 until now Little Tokyo Two has been one of the largest and most dynamic communities of entrepreneurs, innovators and creators in South East Queensland.

JR/Duty Free was founded as the James Richardson Group by the Late David Mandie AM, OBE who was universally regarded as the pioneer of duty free retailing in Australia. James Richardson opened the first Duty Free store at Brisbane Airport in 1972 and over the next 23 years operated at every major airport in Australia and 25 cities around the nation.

JR/Duty Free also operates Duty Free stores at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, at the border crossings to Jordan and Egypt, and at Ashdod and Haifa ports.
