I'm a certified Iyengar yoga teacher of 20 plus years and have a yoga studio in Sutherland where I have been running regular classes, workshops and retreats for the past 17 years. My favourite part of running the studio is connecting like minded people to higher spiritual practices, whether via Teacher Training/Personal development courses, meditation and philosophy courses and running spiritual retreats in India. I also enjoy giving Vedic Astrology readings to students and the general public for greater clarity and direction. My passion is empowering like minded souls to reach their highest potential through all of the tools Yoga and the Vedic Sciences have to offer. My philosophy is All is One and one of my favourite sayings is by the great Rumi; 'You are not a drop in the Ocean, but the Ocean in a Drop'.
