Lights Out And Dance is a joyous dancing community of individuals connected by a common and shared love of dance. We all love the freedom of dancing in the dark, not having a teacher to follow and moving and exercising on our own and at our own pace. We are mostly ladies over 40, and we value our tribe and the friendships created within our community.
