Kylie’s journey started young. At just 12 years old, she witnessed the life-changing impact a financial adviser had on her family. After her father’s terminal diagnosis, it was his foresight—and the adviser’s care—that ensured Kylie’s mother could keep the family home, take time to grieve, and rebuild. That moment sparked Kylie’s lifelong mission: to ensure professionals in sales and leadership aren’t just technically brilliant—they’re emotionally intelligent, deeply trusted, and able to guide others through life’s most critical moments.
Now, as the Founder and Director of Performance Advisory Group, Kylie partners with organisations across Australia to transform the way leaders lead, and the way businesses engage. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development and client connection—helping financial services professionals, sales teams, and people leaders unlock performance, build trust, and create meaningful results.
Kylie brings over two decades of experience in coaching, sales, leadership development, and financial services. She has worked with some of the nation’s most recognised brands, including Suncorp, NAB, QSuper, and Blue Care. Whether she’s working one-on-one with a senior executive, facilitating a team program, or keynoting a national conference, her approach is practical, emotionally intelligent, and always outcomes-focused.
As a PCC-accredited Executive Coach, Kylie combines deep coaching expertise with a commercial mindset. She’s known for her ability to challenge, champion, and elevate—taking good leaders and great client-facing professionals to the next level.
