Kate Hirst

With a combined passion for sales, coaching, leadership development, staff engagement and a strong operational leadership background, Kate has unique and intimate appreciation for the importance in fostering leadership skills. Throughout Kate’s extensive career as an operational leader within the call centre sales industry she has developed a passion for leadership development at the emerging leader level. Our emerging leaders are the most important people within our organisations, whilst they are can be low on the spectrum of capability, they are highly motivated to learn. They are the most vulnerable, ambitious and fearless, all great qualities we look for and admire in our leaders, yet sometimes they can get in the way, be misinterpreted or mismanaged, backfiring on their potential.  Sometimes individuals need to learn how best to direct these qualities to get the best out of themselves, their fierce desire to learn and grow, makes them perfect candidates for coaching and mentoring.
