Toni Rastovich is a qualified Stretch and Yoga teacher, Massage Therapist who for a number of years has run Yoga, Strength and flexibility classes and Foam roller workshops. Practising massage therapy for over 10 years. As a surfer Toni has an understanding of the fitness needed and types of injuries that targets surfers.
