Karen T, The Wellness Keeper

Hi, I’m Karen – Architect,  Wholefood, Wellness & Built Environment Advocate and Coach & Essential Oil Educator. I am passionate and excited by the intersect between people, healthy spaces, our gut health, wellness, and environmental and social sustainability.

 

In the last couple of years I have moved towards a more holistic approach when looking at the wellness of our family and love that we have learnt so much on identifying and understanding root causes and healing ourselves based on our body’s needs instead of just treating our symptoms for it to appear over and over again. 

 

Our journey started and is still anchored in gut healing through our diet, combined with our lifestyle choices in living as low or non chemical and toxin exposure, movement, mindfulness through affirmations and meditations that are all complimented and supported with the use of essential oils. It was a journey that took time and easy steps. 

 

This balance is one we always work on, it’s constant checking in and not one that is done and dusted. It’s about being proactive and informed about our choices and how we want it to make a difference to our wellbeing.

 

It is something I am really passionate about and want to share what I have learnt with our community because there’s always something we can all learn from each other.
