Kara Lea
Kara Lea is a Reiki Master and Post-Natal Doula. She passionately supports women through all areas of life. She believes in the importance of women coming together and supporting one another on a deep and emotional level so we can ride the waves of life together and rise in our true feminine essence and power.
Kara Lea has recently moved to Perth after living in Bali for the last 6 years. During that time she was exposed to different cultures, rituals and ways of life on the spiritual island of Bali.
Kara Lea recently was a co-author in the book "Journey of the Riches- benefits of challenge". In the book she talks about healing modalities and her tool kit of strategies to deal with adversity. These challenges being a catalyst for growth and personal development.
Through her post-natal doula work she passionately supports women after the sacred time of child birth. During this often vulnerable time, she supports women emotionally, physically and energetically through her nurturing and loving gifts.
