Jody Dontje (Fulfilment Mindset & Public Speaking Coach)

Jody Dontje is the Australian District Winner of the Toastmasters Impromptu Speech Championship 2019. Jody is a recognised inspiration, changing the lives of individuals internationally. Her life mission is to empower others to access and activate their fullest potential and live a life of purpose, vibrancy and fulfilment. Jody is a Fulfilment Mindset Coach, Public Speaking Coach, an International Humanitarian, Tedx Talk Speaker, Teacher, WFWP Speech Contest Winner and Founder of 2 global empowerment charities.


Having undergone many struggles throughout her childhood and adolescent years, such as needing to move to 16 different homes due to financial difficultly before she had turned 18, and developing severe identity issues from being subjective to racism and bullying, it wasn’t until Jody started to dedicate herself to volunteering and empowering others that she truly found her voice, confidence, purpose and fulfilment in life.


Jody now dedicates everyday to empowering others to access and activate their fullest potential and live a life of success, vibrancy, fulfilment and purpose.


Her non-for-profit humanitarian charity efforts through her platform ‘The Help Nepal Appeal’ has 7 major projects including Women’s Voice for Change, which empowers women from adversity to develop their voice to speak up about injustice in their communities and start their own charity projects. Jody and her growing team value Transparency, Empowerment, Sustainability and Storytelling.


Her Fulfilment Mindset Coaching and Purposeful Living Movement is transforming lives globally through her one-to-one coaching, online community of leaders, online course Know Your Values for Leaders, and in-person and online workshops / seminars that activate ones potential, allowing those who attend to gain resilient and habitual life strategies that lead to further vibrancy, fulfilment, balance and purpose in life.
