I’m Jen Demiri, global leadership consultant, int'l bestselling author, mentor, and the founder of JD Consulting AU.

But more importantly, I’m someone who leads with heart, intuition, and deep care for people and someone who believes leadership should feel human.

I’ve worked inside businesses, not just alongside them. I’ve seen what happens when people are treated as outputs instead of humans, and I’ve witnessed the extraordinary shift that occurs when leaders choose presence, courage, and emotional intelligence instead. I believe leadership works best when people feel supported and stretched.

I wasn’t always the leader I am today.

I learned leadership through outdated models and for a time, I led in ways that didn’t fully align with who I was. That experience taught me something powerful: the most effective leadership comes when we trust our intuition, lead with integrity, and stay human.

My work is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone.

It’s shaped by conversations, cultures, and moments where leadership truly mattered.
