Jeanne has had the privilege of living, studying and working on five continents, which has given her a greater insight into the way in which people and organisations function and has developed her desire to help people achieve their own success.

She studied Manufacturing Engineering and Management and achieved her Masters from Loughborough and her post graduate diploma from Cambridge University.

Instead of joining the world of Manufacturing, she opted for a much more diversifying experience, as a Field Engineer Trainee with Schlumberger, as they offered world travel, intense training and opportunities to develop every aspect of her business acumen. With Schlumberger, Jeanne worked in the field, as a lead engineer and Technical Sales Engineer for multiple high profile operators.

Her most rewarding experience was as a Company Instructor, teaching graduates from all over the world. Although the courses focused on the technical aspects she found that it was just as important to teach them the Non-Technical aspects of transitioning them to Industry.

Over the last four years, Jeanne has settled in Perth and worked with Well Control Training providers, one of which gave her the amazing opportunity to work with a local Industrial Psychologist, Dr Madeline Wu, who specialises in Human Factors, to develop the first IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) approved Well Operations Crew Resource Management (WOCRM) training programs for the Oil and Gas Industry.

Since this project ended, Jeanne set out to create a program that anyone and everyone could use to develop their own Personal Development, called the Continuous Personal Development Method (CPD), which has been published through the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and presented in October at the last APOGCE Conference.

During Jeanne’s professional career, she has always been actively involved in mentoring, training and developing material to teach internal and external clients and has decided to take Personal Development to the next level by setting up her own Consulting and Coaching business that combines the understanding of the Technical and Training needs of High Risk Industries and the concepts of Continuous Personal Development to offer the tools required to achieve personal goals or those of an organisation.

By combining this experience with Personal Development & Business Coaching principles Jeanne is able to support people to set SMARTER goals and give them the tools and support to succeed.
