Janet is the Founder and CEO of ImagineNation™ that leads the way forwards, through innovation consulting, learning and coaching services that challenge businesses, leaders, and teams to be, think and act differently to co-create a world where people matter and innovation is the norm.

She is acknowledged as a global though leader on the People side of Innovation, and is deeply committed and experienced in enabling organisations, leaders, and teams achieve purposeful change by enabling them to tolerate uncertainty, adapt, and innovate.

By providing mentoring, learning, and coaching services to organisations, leaders, and teams to help them be creative and inventive, experimental and collaborative, and make innovation a habit and a way of life.

When people know how to be, think and act differently, they can be passionately purposeful and creatively confident to make the difference they want to make in the world, in ways that people value, appreciate and cherish.

She has 35 years of experience consulting and leading culture development, change management, leadership and innovation education programs to some of Australasia’s and Israel’s top 100 companies.  She is an ICF PCC certified executive coach, a Fellow of the Institute of Leaders and Managers, an EMCC Master Practitioner, an NLP certified presenter, trainer, facilitator as well as an executive, team and innovation coach and has tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Adult Learning and Workplace Assessment and Training.

On the rare occasions she is learning by playing, doing and failing in the innovation space, she is a meditation and yoga devotee, seaside bunny, avid reader, global adventurer and primary human carer to two four legged joyful beings.
