I have been working in the food industry for 26 years and specialise in alternative cooking and baking for those with food allergies and sensitivities. I believe that food is medicine and like to work with real, natural unprocessed foods. I also believe that life should be simple and so I teach how simple and easy it is to prepare your own fresh meals quickly, simply and full of flavour.
