Hustle and Grow’s founder is Marcia Harvey. She is a senior change and business consultant who helps people and organisations create clarity and move through change with confidence. Her work focuses on building strong foundations that uplift capability and deepen understanding so teams can deliver outcomes that last.
She brings a strong grounding in human behaviour, applied management and leadership supported by formal study in sociology, behavioural science, business, project management and strategic HR with a focus on entrepreneurship and internal business capability.
Marcia has worked across large transformation programs and partners with leaders to plan embed and communicate change with clarity and alignment. Her capability spans change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational design, leadership development, business planning and personal growth.
She also leads Harveys Angel which focuses on career direction and personal branding with a clear and confident approach.
