How I Beat Stress is the result of a lot of pain and suffering. After a life-changing panic attack at age 27 my life changed forever.

I've been forced to figure out how to survive, manage and overcome stress to not just get through a day, but to literally survive on some days.

And I've created to help others manage stress and change the way the feel for the better.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, providing you know what to do and how to do it. And I reveal my own strategies I've had to figure out in order to cope with stress, but also overcome it to gain control of the way I feel every day and live 'normally' again.

These strategies have saved my life, changed my life, and they can do the same for you.
