Hope & Motion
Hope & Motion
Well-being through somatic, trauma-informed dance, movement & inclusive community.
Aim: group, 1:1 consults, & digital resources.
Your Facilitator: Naomi
I've had an almost lifelong interest in the intersection of dance & well-being informed by my own interests, values & lived experiences of health challenges.
I've found this to resonate with a variety of community groups, and learned more about improving integrative well-being through interviewing movement facilitators on the topic, in a more formal setting.
My intention is to empower participants to guide their own healing.
