Their extensive background includes the acquisition, management, and successful sale of businesses in the Caravan, Aged Care, and Hotel industries. At times, they have managed workforces of over 100 employees across diverse locations. This broad experience has made them seasoned business operators with renowned expertise in Leadership, Finance, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Operational Management.
Their practical experience gives them a unique perspective, enabling them to understand and address the business challenges of their members from a fundamentally practical standpoint.
Greg and Fiona are also accomplished coaches and facilitators. They are graduates of the globally recognized peer advisory franchise, The Alternative Board (TAB). After completing the comprehensive TAB academy program in Denver, Colorado, they dedicated two years to running boards and providing invaluable assistance to numerous small business owners.
