Gibby Center for the Arts

The Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts "The Gibby" is part of The Everett nonprofit organziation right in the heart of Middletown, Delaware. Focusing on the visual arts programming, The Gibby offers the community art classes, workshops and events for those ages 4 to adult at all artistic levels.
