Hardship happens. Confusion, worry and sadness are a part of life, but they don’t need to define it. With the right tools and gentle guidance you can weather life’s storms without being thrown off course.
My name is Emily, and I am a warm-hearted psychologist on a mission to inspire you to become stronger than your struggles and to take positive action toward your ideal life.
I breathe life into psychology, taking evidenced based ideas from psychology and make them relevant and engaging, so you feel inspired, encouraged and supported to create change on your terms.
I am an adventure seeker with a love of all things creative. The lessons I learn mountain biking, snowboarding, writing and travelling allow me to be a more daring, compassionate and creative psychologist.
Collaboration and connection are the key to change. I create change with you, not for you. Together we get to know your strengths, fears and challenges, so you can become the best version of yourself.
I combine my training and experience in psychology, research, communications and law to tailor solutions to meet your needs and to address the many facets of your life.
