Faye De Lanty - Moving The Needle

To celebrate RE-Fashion Week NYC

Salvation Army Australian eco stylist Faye De Lanty is popping up in NYC with the EMPTY SHOP!!

Yep that's right a shop with absolutely nothing in it...well until you help us fill it!

It's part of the MOVING THE NEEDLE initiative, bringing brands and charity retailers together to engage in changing behaviors and reducing impacts on our's time to keep fashion circular!

The average American buys X kg's of new textiles each year and at the same time accounts for X kg's of textile waste going to landfill.

Moving the needle is targeting a 20% reduction in textile waste by 2022.

Insert quote from Edwina or Afie .....??

Moving the needle is encouraging New Yorkers to extend the life of their good quality unwanted clothing by donating it to the Empty Shop. It will be popping up during Re-fashion week Feb 24-28th at Canvas Williamsburg.

Come along, donate, help Faye and the staff dress the shop and catch the 3 fantastic events we have scheduled

*Model Activist Talk

*Elizabeth Cline talk and book signing

* Fash Rev Circularity Forum moderated by Faye De Lanty
