FAQ Business Training has a mission to help small to medium business owners avoid getting ripped off, or ripping themselves off. We do this through bite sized training, teaching you enough to either Do it Yourself (DIY) OR outsource with confidence.

We pride ourselves on being on the pulse of what small to medium businesses need, and provide training sessions which connect with those needs. We provide real world solutions to real world problems. The information we provide is fact checked and tested to make sure it's not 'just a theory' or someone's bad guess.

Many of our webinar and workshop attendees came back for more and more sessions, as they know they'll always get immense value. The return on their time and money invested is well and truly paid off! Despite some sessions being for well over 100 people, we still answer all questions and keep it interactive!

Who do we provide training for?

  • small to medium sized business owners and key team members
  • Councils offering business programs
  • networking groups
  • conferences - as a keynote or breakout offer
  • we pitch our sessions for the audience, and we regularly hear from even experienced people we provide insights they've never heard before!

Where do we provide training?

  • due to COVID-19 most training is online (after all our sessions are so well attended we'd struggle to find big enough venues)
  • online sessions can therefore be offered worldwide, but some are still limited geographically due to funding
  • face to face when allowed in Western Sydney (we are Penrith based and have a big Hills District client base), and further afield by arrangement (including other states and New Zealand)

Who provides the training?

Currently our Founder, Jane Tweedy is our lead trainer and facilitates and runs most workshops and training. However Jane does call in Subject Matter Experts (SME) and uses case studies to illustrate points.
