Experiencing Marine Sanctuaries Inc.

Safe and supervised 'in water' experiences of our unique marine life and habitat.

Experiencing Marine Sanctuaries (EMS) is an incorporated, not-for-profit community organisation.

EMS snorkel events are Proudly supported by the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges NRM Board and DEW Marine Parks.

The program is based on the highly successful New Zealand program ‘Experiencing Marine Reserves’.

Our EMS snorkel leaders are qualified snorkelling instructors and offer guidance, direction and coordination of our snorkel experiences.

EMS provides mask (goggles), snorkel, fins (flippers) and wetsuits (these are limited so please bring your own if you can).

The EMS program is designed for adults and children (5 years and above), parents & grandparents that are interested in experiencing and learning about SA’s unique marine life and habitats. Participants 14 and under need to be accompanied in water by a parent.
