Emma Ceolin is founder of YOGAVENTURES and MNDFL Project as well as an international Yoga Teacher (RYT®500, E-RYT®200, RPYT®, RCYT®, YACEP®, IAYT®) who shares yoga for health, healing and happiness. She has over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and experience teaching classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in Australia, United States, Europe and Asia. She's also a skydiver, freediver, scubadiver, surfer, vegan, uni student and entrepreneur. Emma first found yoga as a therapy for anxiety and depression and it set her on a wellness journey that changed her life forever. She's now made it her heart's purpose to share yoga for the mental, emotional and energetic benefits and specialises in yoga for stress, anxiety and depression. Her self-reflective teachings are based around the 'do what feels good' method. Leave her heart-centred classes feeling more grounded, connected and aligned with what it is you actually seek.
