Emma Ceolin is an internationally accredited yoga teacher (RYT®500, E-RYT®200, RPYT®, RCYT®, YACEP®, IAYT®) with over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and experience teaching classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings all over the world. She's also a vlogger, social media influencer, skydiver, freediver, scubadiver, surfer and vegan. Emma first found yoga as a therapy for anxiety and depression and it set her on a wellness journey that changed her life forever. She's now made it her purpose to share this heart-centred practice for health, healing and happiness and specialises in yoga for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma. Each class begins and ends with savasana and Emma aims to hold safe, supportive space for realness and depth to uncover unconditional love and transform hardship into spiritual growth.
