I am an experienced midwife and UK method ambassador for the evidence-based and trusted birth preparation method originating from Sweden: Give Birth Without Fear.

This method is established across Scandinavia since over 20 years and is also used by midwives and other healthcare professionals within the healthcare system.

I will take you through the simple and effective tools in an interactive, hands-on and engaging 4 hour class where you and your birth partner will start your journey to become an unstoppable team in labour and birth.

The tools are based in the science of physiology and encompass using the body language that we already have to navigate away from stress and fear and towards trust and confidence, in every contraction.
