Elina and Viktoria

Elina has trained in sound healing in three continents, with a focus on singing bowls. She has been playing the bowls for over 15 years. Elina’s passion with sound healing began during her journey with chronic insomnia. Singing bowls were one of the tools that helped her to regain her sleep. Now, as part of Elina’s daily work as a sleep coach, she integrates sound vibration therapy into her programs to help her clients improve their sleep, reduce anxiety, calm the racing mind, achieve deep relaxation and reach altered states of consciousness. In addition to being a trained sound healer and sleep coach, Elina is also trained in theta healing, healing touch, holistic health, brainwave entrainment, shamanic studies, meditation, body psychotherapy, meta coaching, NLP and various human development frameworks.   |

Viktoria has been practicing yoga and studying its philosophy for 20 years. While travelling through South India in 2007, she was introduced to the singing bowls during her time at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. In 2011 Viktoria completed Yoga Alliance’s one-year Yoga Teacher Training. In order to help her students reach a deeper state of meditation, she began to integrate sound healing in her yoga classes. With her in-depth knowledge and experience in yoga, pranayama breathing techniques, chakra balancing and crystal bowls, Viktoria helps her clients calm their nervous system, decrease stress and overcome anxiety.    |

We use sound therapy for relaxation and meditation to counter stress, insomnia, and anxiety. We use Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs to induce a deeply relaxed state. During a sound bath, the sound waves and vibrations penetrate our brain cells, and our brainwaves start to synchronise with the vibrations of the bowls, forcing us into a theta brainwave state. The right and left hemispheres of the brain begin to balance and a similar effect of coherence and synchronisation also occurs within our bodies, harmonising the nervous system and reducing or eliminating pain, stress, and anxiety.

What are the benefits of Sound Healing?
Clinical observations have shown that vibrational sound therapy can help stress-related conditions, including cardiovascular irregularities or problems, muscle spasms and anxiety. Sound healing can charge our immune system and deepen oxygen flow to internal organs, thereby improving overall health. Sound Healing can significantly improve our sleeping patterns, reducing chronic fatigue, insomnia and all the medical and psychological disorders that can often accompany sleep deprivation. In practice, the massage of sound can create inner harmony, promote overall health and restore balance, leaving the body feeling light, positive and full of energy. It is also effective in improving memory and creativity.

Who can benefit from Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is great for anyone who: leads a very busy life and is looking for some ‘me-time’ to reach a deep state of relaxation. is suffering from stress or anxiety to calm the nervous system. has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia. wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own. The vibrations of the bowls induce a meditative state, regardless of how busy a person’s mind may be.
