Eating for You—Sallyanne Pisk

Sallyanne Pisk is an accredited practising dietitian and mindfulness practitioner. She is also the Founder of Eating for You. Her first published book, Eating for You, is a personal guide to eating and living mindfully for health and wellbeing.

Sallyanne has worked in the health industry for 25 years, in both Australia and New Zealand. She understands the pressures of everyday life, having worked as a clinician and manager of large teams of people.

Her approach to mindfulness is practical and applicable to everyday tasks. Sallyanne has been a regular practitioner of mindfulness meditation for over 15 years. 

Having discussed food choices and lifestyle habits with many people over the past 25 years, Sallyanne decided to create a new approach to mindful eating and living.

The Eating for You approach acknowledges that we all unique with ever-changing needs. This is why it draws on both Western Science and the principles of Eastern nutrition and mindfulness. 

Eating for You allows you to choose what is best for you at any given moment. No strict rules. It is totally guided by your knowledge of what you need to feel well fed and well nourished.
