Dr Morwenna Kirwan, PhD
Dr Kirwan has spent the last decade training health professionals in how to coach their clients to reach their health goals. In particular she teaches how to shift a persons mindset, the science of willpower, how to create healthy habits, how to break bad habits, how to inspire and motivate your clients (even when you aren't with them!).
EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Dr Morwenna Kirwan has four degrees from university, including a Bachelors in Exercise Science, Masters in Psychology and a PhD in Health Behaviour Change.
Dr Morwenna Kirwan is a tenured academic at a university in Sydney (lecturing and researching in the area of health behaviour change), has taught at Central Qld TAFE (Cert 3 and 4 Fitness courses), presented sessions at Filex for the past 5 years, presented workshops at Harvard Medical School, international health conferences (such as the International Society for Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity - ISBNPA) and Sports Medicine Australia conferences.
When Dr Morwenna Kirwan is not up skilling health professionals in how to coach their clients to reach their health goals, she is working as a health coach with private clients, as well as teaching group exercise classes at a gym.
