Donna is a qualified career practitioner, mum and dedicated career changer.  She is passionate about career development and supporting women.  Donna holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and Graduate Certificates in Career Development and Industrial Relations. She established CareerSmart Mums in 2013 to support mums in overcoming the significant barriers they often face when considering re-engaging with paid employment.
