I am a registered counsellor, professional orchestral musician and qualified and registered music teacher.

I have a private counselling practice in Melbourne, Australia and specialise in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for music performance anxiety. I am also interested in researching and developing interventions using Self-Determination Theory and Flow Theory.

I have given workshops in performance to students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music,  University of Melbourne, Australian National Academy of Music, Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University), WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) and UWA (University of Western Australia). I presented my first conference workshop to ANZ ACBS 2017.

Also in 2018, I began presenting audition preparation workshops and a mock audition workshop.

In 2018 I am performing with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra and The Production Company.
