Christian Smith is the founder at Coaching with Christian and Quality Relationships. His vision is simple…to help people communicate and have better relationships.

Growing up Christian was raised by a single mum and was an only child. At the age of 10 all that changed and he found himself in a family of 6 and quickly had to learn how to readjust and fit in to his new family. This is what he describes as one of the biggest turning points where he started to learn about relationship dynamics.

After a series of challenging and failed relationships that spanned over a decade, which saw him destroy friendships, push his family and partners away and wreck his career he knew it was time something had to change.

This lead Christian on a journey where he would study and hunt down some of the best human behaviour specialists and psychologists. Investing heavily into his own personal and professional development he quickly created opportunities to work and coach alongside some of the best Human Behaviour Specialists in Australia.

Since 2015 Christian has been fortunate enough to have worked with people from all walks of life from frustrated tradies, military couples, family units, marriages facing separation and singles looking for commitment. What he has discovered is that all types of relationships stem from the first relationship we have in our life – the one with our parents.
