Chibs Okereke

I am an accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and Productivity Coach. I work with individuals and companies to boost wellbeing and productivity. 


I also coach people suffering from stress, anxiety or burnout. I help improve their mental and physical health and give them tools to raise their wellbeing set-point. 


My mission is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of everyday Australians, using methods that are straightforward, relatable and scientifically-backed.
