BodyMind Wellbeing

Hi, my name is Wei, and I am the founder of BodyMind Wellbeing.

Ever since I was a young child growing up in China, Qigong (Chi Kung) and Traditional Chinese medicine have been very much in my life.

I first started practicing Qigong with my grandmother and aunt, then went on to study with various Qigong teachers in China, as well as Ged Sumner from Elemental Chi Kung, Serge Augier from Ba Men Da Xuan, and Master Mantak Chia.

Over the years, Qigong has been for me a trusted friend, a wise teacher and a skilled physician all rolled into one. It has helped me to be in touch with my own vitality and health. There is an embodied sense of support, clarity and ease coming from life.

It is my passion to share and guide people to the sweet fruits of this practice.

I have been working in holistic health for over 10 years. I am also a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST), and a remedial massage therapist specialising in Myofascial Release.

In life, I love spending time in the nature, dancing, hiking, and cooking in my clay pot with Chinese medicinal plants.
