Mike Boyle

His clients & peers often refer to him as the “Sales Scientist”. From his early career in direct sales. Mike has a wealth of experience in Sales, Sales Management & Marketing roles culminating in the establishment of his company, Banjar Group. Mike’s focus is on equipping his clients with the vision, skills, tools & plans to ensure sales effectiveness & professional fulfillment.


 Nick Oddy

Nick has extensive experience in sales, both in direct business development & with managing sales teams. During his time managing a diverse sales team Nick identified a need to further develop the skills & capabilities of the sales staff.He holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology as well business qualifications in Management, Leadership & HRM. Nick's research interests include innovation & emerging leadership practices.
