Australian Trout Foundation

The Australian Trout Foundation was established in 1992 by Phil Bailey and Mick Hall in Lilydale, Victoria, to represent all of Australia's trout fishery interests at local, regional, state and federal levels as a dedicated and united voice for protecting, improvinging and creating a sustainable trout fishery for today and future generations.  Today it also place a signficant role in conservation in protecting Australia's freshwater lakes, streams and rivers from projects and developments that could harm native fish as well as trout. As well as cleaning up and repairing damaged habitats and waterways from fires, infestations of Carp and Redfin, floods and poulution.
