Australian Organisation for Quality
The Australian Organisation for Quality (AOQ) believes that the application of quality principles and practices is more important than ever before because of the urgent need to keep Australian organisations sustainable and competitive in the face of constant technical, economic and social change.
We also support local Chapters who arrange events and activities best suited to meeting local needs. ‘Cafe Quality™’ gatherings are one of these, and is a very successful way of bringing together people with a common interest in Quality.
AOQ is recognised as Australia’s single national Quality organisation, both nationally, through relationships with JAS-ANZ and Standards Australia, and internationally with the Asia Pacific Quality Organisation. We help our members achieve personal and professional excellence in their roles and interests in Quality.
AOQ is active across Australia, through Standards Australia committee representation, liaison with international bodies, a monthly eNewsletter, the quarterly magazine ‘Quality Australia’ and a 2-yearly Qualcon national Quality conference.
