Ash Bedford

Ash is a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher who encourages a balanced approach to exercise, one that includes listening to your body and being extremely mindful. Ash's focus includes learning about the benefits of proper core strength (starting with good breathing mechanics), correct alignment/posture, exercising for longevity and improved flexibility/mobility. Ash says it is never too late to start taking care of your body and improving the way that you look, feel and move on a daily basis. His strong knowledge of anatomy will help you develop a clear understanding of exactly what you need to do in order to optmise your physical and mental performance each and every day.

When not at work Ash enjoys spending time with his wife and little boy, kicking around the footy at the local park, shooting some basketball hoops or heading overseas for a surfing trip or yoga retreat. He also spends a lot of time working on his personal meditation and physical exercise routine. This helps him to maintain balance, focus and a high level of performance.
