Antoinette Pellegrini

Antoinette is a Holistic Counsellor, Mind Body Therapist, Mindfulness coach and Author, with her book Your Thoughts Matter soon to be released.

She has worked with people with depression, stress, anxiety and pain and has helped them reduce their symptoms and improve their wellbeing, achieve better health, energy and happiness.

Her focus is on the link between mind, body and spirit and the critical part the mind plays in relation to overall health, wellbeing and achievement of goals.  Her work does not replace any medical or psychological assistance a client is receiving, but is complementary and provides a holistic approach to assisting clients achieve a successful outcome.

Thoughts are powerful and literally affect a person’s health, wellbeing and general approach to life. Antoinette uses a combination of counselling, natural therapies and mindfulness techniques designed to reduce pain and stress, shift negative thought and behaviour patterns and increase energy and happiness.

She offers one on one consultations as well as group workshops.
