Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland

Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland (ADCQ) is the independent statutory body responsible for administering the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. In addition to receiving complaints under the Act, the ADCQ has an important role in providing education programs and promoting an understanding, acceptance and public discussion of human rights in Queensland through a variety of community and workplace engagement activities. ADCQ's vision is for a fair and inclusive Queensland.
