Andrea Clarke is an accomplished television news correspondent and communication professional with 20 years experience in the international media arena. Andrea worked in Washington D.C. for most of her career covering major news events for Reuters, Al Jazeera English and Australia’s Seven Network - including the 2008 Presidential election, the Virginia Tech shooting and Hurricane Katrina. Andrea then established the media relation strategy for International Relief and Development, one of the largest aid groups in the United States - working specifically on increasing the profile of programs in Iraq, Afghanistan, Georgia and Jordan - with stakeholders on Capitol Hill.
A strong advocate for supporting strong leadership in the workplace, Andrea now delivers media training to major ASX listed companies and workshops to help professionals ‘Communicate with Authority’. Andrea is also an Expert Council Member to Good Super and regularly appears as a contributor to Women’s Agenda, Commbank's Women in Focus and Sky Business News.
Andrea is a graduate of Deakin University with a M.A. in International Strategic Studies.
