Alis Alexander

Alis loves the feeling of truly being fit and well. She discovered this way of being as a young teenager when she began eating wholefoods and researching nutrition for fun. This led her to discover Yoga not long after and she continued on to become a qualified wholefood Nutritionist and Cooking and Yoga Teacher.

With 15 years of yoga practice and a never-ending enquiry into the nature of our bodies and existence, Alis is excited to share her discoveries. She approaches Yoga as a moving meditation with the aim of achieving enhanced wellbeing both physically and mentally.As a Vinyasa/ Flow Yoga teacher she guides students in the exploration of their own unique way of moving to safely and fluidly transition from moment to moment in alignment with the breath.

Alis views Yoga as a vessel through which we can come to know ourselves more fully and have some fun at the same time. She is registered with Yoga Australia and is qualified with an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching, Bachelor of Science (Nutrition, Human Physiology & Food), Grad. Dip. of Education (Secondary) and Cert. IV in Training and Assessment.
