A Women's Collective

A Women’s Collective encapsulates the coming together of four women with a shared goal of empowering and inspiring other women. Established on the Sunshine Coast in 2017, Dr Carmen Atkinson, Elizabeth Murphy, Emma Sullivan and Rosie Overfield formed AWC (as it is known) to offer unique workshops, community events and one-on-one services to women looking to find, and hone, the best version of themselves.

Rosie Overfield

Rosie is an experienced counsellor, consultant and coach who specialises in supporting women in care-giving roles and professions. She is driven to help women develop their assertiveness and resilience skills to enjoy a more wholehearted, authentic life. Rosie holds degrees in communication, counselling and human resources. She is also a registered yoga teacher and mental health first aid instructor. Rosie runs her own business, Mindpod, and is a workplace counsellor for a number of Queensland organisations. She lives on the Sunshine Coast with her husband and fur-children.

Emma Sullivan

Emma is an Essential Oil Educator, Red Tent Women’s Circle Facilitator, Intuitive Self-Care Mentor and Chiropractic Assistant. As a passionate advocate for natural health and spiritual development she created the brand Get Real Life in 2016. Emma facilitates workshops and one-on one sessions to encourage women towards soul-driven growth through realistic and sustainable changes. She spends her spare time studying Aromatherapy, attempting to become an ‘Aerial Yogi’, and walking on the Sunshine Coast beaches with her Husband and dog.

Elizabeth Murphy

She's known for her ability to guide women to simplify their situation in a way that empowers them to navigate and implement change.
