Tokiwa T Smith Consulting is a boutique firm that facilitates equitable systems change within the social impact sector. Through tailored consulting services and training, the firm partners with organizations to ensure that their policies, practices and community engagement and programs are fully aligned with their core values.
The firm also supports Black women working in the social impact sector (nonprofit and philanthropy) through its program, the Sista Nonprofit Network—an online community that offers a professional safe space for connection, learning, and leadership development. The firm also hosts events and workshops that highlight racial inequities and systemic racism, and provide opportunities for individuals and organizations to engage in dialogue that can inspire efforts to create change within their communities, organizations, and the broader social impact sector.
