Refund Policy:
We understand unforeseen circumstances occur, please carefully review the Refund Policy below.
1. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
2. Specific circumstances will be evaluated and considered. Medical emergencies, hospitalization, family emergencies, under doctor’s care or no longer reside in the community. These requests must be submitted within [15] days from the purchase date, provided the event has not yet occurred. Approval by HOA Management and/or Board of Directors is required before a refund can be issued.
3. If the event is cancelled by the Lifestyle/HOA or the Board of Directors, a full refund will be provided.
4. Alternatively, if your request for refund is not approved, and you are unable to attend an event, you may post a 'For Sale' notice on the SCSH community website under the “Classified” section. In addition, we encourage residents to check with the Front Lifestyle Desk to see if there are potential buyers on the "Waiting” List.
5. Tickets that are not used (e.g., the ticket holder does not attend the event) are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Submit your written request with a brief explanation to the Lifestyle Director at connie.king@associa.us
2. Once the request is reviewed, you will receive a written response with a determination within [72] hours
