Sovereign Alchemy is the current body of work offered by Jo Behlau, a self growth expert, conscious movement facilitator and dynamic Natures Whispers practitioner.
Jo has a background in psychology and education and training. A solo entrepreneur for over 20 years, her Energy Healer training began about 15 years ago and her current spirit led sessions have become popular with those seeking to expand their awareness of the non physical realms. As an Authenticity Guide, Jo helps people explore more of who they really are, so that they can shed the restrictions of the past that hold them back from expressing who they truly are.
Given Jo's dedication to living passionately in the now and her work as a commercial gardener, she developed her signature healing modality using nature to connect clients to their unique essence.
