Building Connections

Building Connections is a community designed for small business owners working IN and WITH the building industry, with a mission to enhance the overall well-being of business leaders so they can positively impact their teams, families, and communities. We are especially passionate about empowering the women behind the trades—those often undervalued as "just doing the admin"—and showing the world they are indispensable contributors to the industry.

Through a blend of educational and social events, both online and in-person, we connect, support, and celebrate one another. Our goal is to break down the isolation often felt by business owners and create a supportive network that fosters both personal and professional growth.
