Manager - Community Engagement at Eltham Paediatrics

Jacqui co-founded Eltham Paediatrics and, in 2020, developed an admin-led transition process in response to questions from older patients and in recognition of the need for support and preparation for young people as they transition into adult healthcare.

The process was developed through research, interviews with other practices and, most importantly, input from young people themselves about what they actually wanted and needed.

Jacqui's approach combines practical systems thinking with genuine care for patient outcomes. This workshop reflects the same philosophy that guides Eltham Paediatrics: expert care combined with practical plans.

Jacqui holds a Master Degree in Social Administration (Community Development) and has more than 25 years’ experience in community engagement.
