Stillness by the Sea
Stillness by the Sea is guided by husband and wife Tara Atwood-Saja and Will Saja, who create in-person gatherings rooted in presence, care, and connection.
Tara Atwood-Saja is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Stillness by the Sea. She is a sound bath and meditation teacher devoted to creating spaces for rest, clarity, and deeper self-awareness. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience and extensive training in yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and mindfulness in India, France, and Italy, Tara blends contemplative practices with a grounded, modern approach. In parallel with her work in wellness, she is a senior finance leader at a publicly traded company, bringing these practices into professional life as tools for focus, calm, and thoughtful leadership.
Will Saja is a Co-Facilitator with Stillness by the Sea and brings a peer-based, relational approach to the work. After a 20-year professional career, Will shifted his focus toward practices centered on presence, listening, and service. A Harvard graduate and Reiki I certified practitioner, he supports both individual and group gatherings through meditation, gentle movement, and shared stillness. Will assists in facilitating gatherings alongside Tara while continuing to deepen his practice through mentorship and ongoing study.
Together, Tara and Will host gatherings across Aquidneck Island that invite people to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
