Caribbean Fit Fete promotes the wellness of a community from a Caribbean perspective. The founder, Tarrah Mauricette, is a choreographer and certified fitness instructor to whom it brings great pleasure to share the delight of the culture. As a member of the Caribbean Carnival Band; Mas Prophets, it is added pleasure to promote the celebration of Life in color, costume, music and movement.
