Natalia Ivanes | The Excellent Academics
I run practical workshops and initiatives for children and parents, focused on building confidence, independence and real-world skills that go beyond the school curriculum.
Professionally, I bring 15+ years of corporate experience in marketing and communications, working in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Alongside this, I’ve built and run children’s initiatives driven by a strong personal interest in entrepreneurship, mindset and how skills translate into real life.
I run abacus-based mental maths programmes that help children develop focus, discipline and perseverance - not to create “human calculators”, but to strengthen attention, resilience and the ability to keep going when learning feels difficult.
I’m also a co-founder of young entrepreneur events and workshops, where children and teenagers explore ideas, practise communication, planning and problem-solving, and experience what it means to take ownership and responsibility.
I do this work because I believe children need more than academic results to thrive. They need life skills, confidence, adaptability and the ability to cope when things don’t go to plan — skills that will future-proof them in a world that’s changing fast.
